Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage user problems and translate them into clear product direction.
- Envision innovative experiences and deliver a long-term product vision.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, research, and leadership to align expectations, capabilities, and priorities.
- Understand product-led growth and retention levers.
- Evaluate and guide nondeterministic AI models toward high-value user outcomes.
- Use direct product usage, qualitative research, product data, experimentation, and metrics to understand user needs, behaviors, and friction.
- Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, and feedback.
- Drive alignment across product surfaces, platforms, and teams.
- Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly.
- Anticipate innovation and value opportunities in enterprise industries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- Strong product management and leadership experience.

- Experience with prototyping and data visualization.
- Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
- Strong communication and writing skills.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: $230,000-$330,000.
