Responsibilities

  • Identify high-leverage user problems and translate them into clear product direction.
  • Envision innovative experiences and deliver a long-term product vision.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, research, and leadership to align expectations, capabilities, and priorities.
  • Understand product-led growth and retention levers.
  • Evaluate and guide nondeterministic AI models toward high-value user outcomes.
  • Use direct product usage, qualitative research, product data, experimentation, and metrics to understand user needs, behaviors, and friction.
  • Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through clear interaction models, thoughtful defaults, and feedback.
  • Drive alignment across product surfaces, platforms, and teams.
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings clearly.
  • Anticipate innovation and value opportunities in enterprise industries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong product management and leadership experience.
  • Strong experience working with data and metrics.
  • Experience with productivity and knowledge-work products.
  • Experience with prototyping and data visualization.
  • Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Product judgment, user empathy, analytical rigor, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Initiative, ownership, and comfort working on a small, agile team.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $230,000-$330,000.
