Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage user and platform problems and translate them into clear product direction.
- Envision and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects.
- Anticipate opportunities for innovation and value in reusable, composable AI capabilities.
- Drive capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth.
- Partner with engineering and design to align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities.
- Work with research to evaluate and steer nondeterministic models, tools, and agents toward high-value user outcomes.
- Make difficult product decisions under uncertainty.
- Develop deep understanding of how individuals and teams create, customize, collaborate, and build repeatable AI workflows.
- Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through interaction models, defaults, permissions, and feedback.
- Drive alignment across Computer, Search, Projects, artifacts, connectors, and multiple teams.
- Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Strong product management and leadership experience.
- Strong experience working with data and metrics.
- Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and designing systems that produce high-quality artifacts.
- Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
- Initiative, ownership, and ability to thrive on a small, agile team.
- 4+ years of product management experience.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $230,000–$330,000.
