Responsibilities
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international payments at Ramp.
Lead high-velocity execution with engineers and designers, balancing principled intuition with data-driven decision-making.
Translate customer insights and technical possibilities into intuitive user experiences that abstract away complexity.
Expand product capabilities to help finance teams manage their finances more successfully.
Prototype rapidly using tools such as Claude to accelerate product development and move toward production-ready products.
Stay current on AI research, industry trends, and emerging applications, applying relevant insights to Ramp’s product.
Own cross-border payments and FX experiences and infrastructure, including pricing, rate transparency, settlement speed, and reliability across payment rails.
Evaluate, integrate, and manage banking, FX, and local payment service partners.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory frameworks.
Launch international capabilities in new geographies while navigating regulations, licensing, and operational constraints.
Requirements
BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
Fluency with data and data-driven product decisions.
Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
Ability to lead and influence teams of engineers and designers.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
Fluency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt, or Claude Code.
Comfort with design and collaboration environments such as Figma and Git.
