Product Manager, AI Revenue Systems

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build agentic tooling and workflows for SDR prospecting and outreach, Solutions discovery and POV workflows, and channel partner execution.
  • Own the GTM data platform, including data contracts, schemas, pipelines, account scoring, routing, assignment, and net-new data acquisitions.
  • Build systems flexible enough to support distinct GTM motions while maintaining clear product standards.
  • Define evaluation frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards to measure adoption and impact.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of product experience, or 3–5 years of total experience in a role that built strong judgment, such as banking, consulting, deployment strategy, agent product management, GTM operations, or founding.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping, shipping, and iterating on AI tools or agents.
  • Technical fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
  • Working knowledge of prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations.
  • Comfortable using SQL and analyzing data independently.
  • Systems thinking, fast learning, strong judgment, and an ability to build in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments.
  • Scrappy, opinionated, low-ego approach to collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Broad GTM fluency and operational empathy for sales and field teams.
  • Experience with CRM data models, sales engagement tooling, pipeline data, and intent signals.
  • Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or domains where data quality is critical.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, including VP- and SVP-level leaders.
  • Interest in externalizing internal AI work into products or market signals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $235,000–$325,000.
