Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and product experience for healthcare executives and operators managing deployed workflows.
- Build customer relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders, translating firsthand feedback into roadmap decisions.
- Design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for non-technical users, including onboarding, actionable insights, and next steps.
- Define a proactive intelligence layer using customer outcomes, transcripts, extractions, failure modes, and cost-per-run data to create safe, tenant-isolated agent experiences.
- Partner with the agentic platform team to define the knowledge base and agents.
- Drive expansion and product-led growth with Customer Success and GTM through instrumentation, experimentation, adoption, activation, and usage-based expansion.
- Own expansion-driven utilization growth across the deployed customer base.
Requirements
- 5+ years building products for operators responsible for business outcomes.
- Experience owning a product surface used by non-technical users to understand operational performance and determine next actions.
- Strong consumer-grade product judgment for complex technical systems.
- Comfort working directly with executives and customers.
- Experience running adoption, activation, and expansion experiments.
- Technical range to discuss architecture with engineers and explain tradeoffs to non-technical executives.
- Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and ship iteratively.
Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly with operational staff as end users.
- Product-led growth experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS.
- Experience with outcome measurement, benchmarking, ROI/value realization, customer health, or executive business review workflows.
- Familiarity with usage metering and unit economics tools such as m3ter, Metronome, Orb, or Stripe Billing.
- Product analytics and instrumentation experience.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $230,000–$280,000.
