Responsibilities
- Own the product end-to-end, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, user feedback, and product metrics.
- Build features and fix bugs directly on the iOS and Android apps.
- Use agentic AI coding tools to prototype ideas, explore mechanics, automate routine work, and accelerate execution.
- Design improvements to the learning experience using data, user feedback, and product judgment.
- Speak regularly with learners and teachers to understand challenges, successes, and unmet needs.
- Track business metrics and support healthy product growth.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and shipping an app, game, tool, or website used by real people.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to build real products.
- Genuine interest in chess and chess education.
- Ability to work independently and make product or project decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Curiosity, follow-through, and willingness to learn technical skills as needed.
- Experience developing for iOS and Android is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

- Working hours must include at least four hours of overlap with United States East Coast business hours.
