What you’ll do with us
- Drive key workstreams within the company's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives, from kickoff through delivery and hand-off.
- Build and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines; and keep them current as initiatives evolve.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to keep work moving, surfacing risks and blockers early and following through until they're resolved.
- Gather and analyze data to help frame problems, evaluate options, and measure whether initiatives are delivering the intended outcomes.
- Prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Help build the templates, trackers, and playbooks that make Business Operations a repeatable, high-leverage engine as Range scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Advisory, and member-facing teams to support strategic initiatives.
What will set you apart
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical, execution-focused role.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, MBA preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical, with comfort using data to structure problems and track outcomes.
- Able to bring structure to ambiguous situations and stay organized when the path isn't fully defined.
- A high degree of ownership and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned through clear updates.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exposure to wealth management, FinTech, or another regulated financial services context is a plus.
