Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and optimize costs across indirect categories including Mapping, Customer Platforms, and Identity and Integrity.
- Negotiate complex contracts, deliver savings, manage stakeholder relationships, build category strategies, and implement sourcing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and sourcing strategy using technology and data analytics.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered, procurement, or a related occupation.
- At least 3 years of experience with strategic technology sourcing focused on indirect categories.
- At least 3 years of experience with procurement technology platforms, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing projects and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation
- Expected base pay range: $118,000–$147,000 per year in the San Francisco area.
- Hybrid schedule requiring in-office work three days per week, with flexibility to work from anywhere for up to four weeks per year.
