What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and product, from sourcing through closing.
- Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Source creatively. Engage top talent leveraging traditional recruiting tools and scrappy outreach tactics.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and scale recruiting workflows, from candidate research to communication, multiplying your reach and efficiency.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring thoughtful touchpoints and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent to optimize recruiting processes and build scalable employer branding efforts.
- Anticipate hiring needs, building strong pipelines and mapping talent networks in advance.
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to guide sourcing strategies and improve performance.
What You Need
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering/product).
- Strong sourcing chops, with a proven ability to engage passive candidates.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with flawless tactical execution.
- Comfort juggling multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity and comfort adopting new AI tools and technology to supercharge your recruiting.

What You’ll Get
Compensation: Estimated base compensation between $125,000 & $185,000. Individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for equity and competitive benefits.
