Strategic Talent Lead
Leads and transforms the talent acquisition function through full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, recruiting technology ownership, and AI-enabled workflow automation. The role partners with hiring managers and leadership and requires at least six years of technology recruiting experience, including go-to-market hiring.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across functions from intake through close, maintaining high standards for quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Develop customized sourcing strategies using talent mapping, competitive intelligence, community sourcing, and warm-pipeline development.
- Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on role design, competencies, interview architecture, and offer strategy.
- Optimize Greenhouse for data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
- Own the recruiting technology ecosystem and guide future platform migrations.
- Audit recruiting workflows and build AI-enabled automations to reduce manual work.
- Use AI tools to draft job descriptions, prepare interview kits, synthesize feedback, develop offer comparisons, and generate pipeline analytics.
- Maintain a process for evaluating recruiting technology and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Provide structured intake, proactive communication, pipeline updates, and feedback loops for hiring teams.
- Present recruiting data and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing, bias mitigation, and rigorous decision-making.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and use data to identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and improve resource allocation.
- Share process improvements, lessons learned, and market intelligence with the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced technology environments.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across an organization.
- Experience recruiting for go-to-market roles.
- AI-native mindset with the ability to build automations and intelligent workflows.
- Experience running high-velocity, outbound-focused recruiting operations, including cold outreach and complex leadership searches.
- Systems-thinking approach and ownership of the candidate journey, recruiting systems, and data.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Strong interest in AI research and the broader technology ecosystem.
- Strong judgment, communication, critical thinking, and execution skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $125,000–$145,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and work location.
