Responsibilities
Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting for accurate and actionable insights
Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more
Own and manage rotation and mobility program, including strategy, policies, process improvements, and employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Serve as point of contact for employee questions on rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off
Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Handle other People or general operations responsibilities as required
Requirements
3+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role
Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
Intuition to identify areas of improvement in operational cadence
Proactive problem-solving

Bachelor's degree
Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly automotive or autonomous vehicle industries

Compensation
Base salary: $95,000 - $121,000 USD annually
