Strategic Experiences Lead, Executive Programs
Build and incubate differentiated executive and enterprise customer experiences, from initial thesis and prototype through launch, evaluation, and handoff. The role requires 10+ years in strategic programs or go-to-market disciplines, strong enterprise judgment, and hands-on cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer or business opportunities where existing programs or formats are insufficient.
- Define audiences, desired actions, experience theses, and success measures.
- Design and build differentiated executive and enterprise customer experiences.
- Build prototypes and test key assumptions before committing significant resources.
- Lead cross-functional work from brief through early launch, resolving decision rights, dependencies, resource gaps, and tradeoffs.
- Evaluate programs based on customer action, adoption, commercial progress, experience quality, feasibility, and reuse to determine whether to scale, change, keep bespoke, or stop.
- Partner with strategic-program and executive-program teams on program ownership and operating models.
- Turn successful pilots into principles, playbooks, operating requirements, and handoff materials.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, enterprise marketing, customer innovation, executive programs, field marketing, or a related go-to-market discipline.
- Experience building a meaningful customer-facing program or capability from the ground up and helping it scale.
- Ability to develop program theses from ambiguous opportunities and translate them into experiences and operating models.
- Understanding of enterprise customers and the connection between program decisions, adoption, relationships, and commercial outcomes.
- Ability to prototype, learn quickly, make tradeoffs, and discontinue work that does not warrant further investment.
- Strong writing, facilitation, experience-review, and launch-issue resolution skills.
- Ability to create clarity and momentum across functions and time zones without formal authority.
- Willingness to work as a senior individual contributor and remain close to execution.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $287,000–$318,000.
- Hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week.
- Relocation assistance is available.
- Travel may be required.
