Responsibilities
- Shape product-marketing strategy, point of view, and narrative for high-priority executive customer conversations.
- Turn product capabilities, research, market dynamics, and customer evidence into enterprise perspectives grounded in current product truth.
- Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to connect engagements to customer priorities, decisions, and next steps.
- Develop content architecture, claims, proof, speaker strategy, and executive preparation for priority engagements.
- Build reusable narrative frameworks, proof, and speaker resources for enterprise executive conversations.
- Translate recurring executive questions and customer evidence into positioning, enablement, product feedback, and engagement strategy.
- Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product, Research, Sales, Solutions, executive programs, and production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise product marketing, solutions marketing, strategic go-to-market, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience owning positioning and messaging for complex technical products or platforms.
- Ability to develop original points of view grounded in product truth and customer evidence.
- Experience shaping high-stakes C-suite conversations around consequential customer decisions.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear arguments.
- Technical judgment to engage credibly with Product and Research and communicate capabilities and limitations accurately.
- Understanding of enterprise buying and the connection between executive engagement, adoption, relationships, and commercial outcomes.
- Ability to lead senior stakeholders and create clarity without formal authority.
- Willingness to remain personally accountable for consequential individual-contributor work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $287,000–$318,000.
- Hybrid schedule of three days in the office each week.
- Relocation assistance is available.
