Responsibilities
- Manage a sports community within the Sleeper app for assigned NFL/NBA/MLB teams
- Create, grow, and manage an organic social media account for the in-app community
- Work with a team of moderators for daily coverage
- Maintain a safe and respectful community atmosphere
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Post daily and create unique, engaging content in team channels
Requirements
- Superfan of city’s NFL/NBA/MLB teams
- Understand how to manage a community seeking fast, timely information
- Good judgment on appropriate content for open forums
- Ability to create engaging content, news, highlights
Compensation
- $500 monthly (part-time contracting role)
