Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-touch business travel service.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, meet deadlines and service-level agreements, and comply with client policies.
- Arrange and advise on air, rail, car rental, ferry, black car, charter, and hotel reservations.
- Use R&M, Navan, GDS, and mixed-mode booking tools to provide travel solutions and first-line support for online and offline bookings.
- Apply fare types and ticketing methods, identify savings opportunities, source competitive hotel rates, and support travel-policy compliance.
- Coordinate with international fares and overseas colleagues to identify inventory and pricing differences.
- Maintain knowledge of travel products, industry innovations, aircraft types, cabins, low-cost carriers, rail, ground transportation, and booking systems.
- Apply quality-control procedures and share product knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a core business-travel environment.
- Fully conversant with at least one GDS, such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
- Experience with mixed-mode booking tools and first-line support for online and offline bookings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of travel-industry products, aircraft types, cabins, low-cost carriers, rail, black car, and OTA booking systems.
- Exceptional telephone, written communication, client-relationship, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to manage workload independently, meet deadlines, use available resources effectively, and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to complete relevant training and achieve individual and team objectives.

Compensation
- Pay range: $35–$38 USD per hour.
