We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 2+ years managing and leading high output engineering teams
- 5+ years engineering experience on complex systems (performance, reliability, quality, extensibility)
- Demonstrated leadership in building high-performing teams, motivating/mentoring senior engineers
- Ability to partner with product/development teams to build needed systems
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building performant animation/interaction frameworks and tooling
- Deep knowledge of runtime environments (game, application, browser engines)
- Experience with creative coding frameworks for interaction/animation
Compensation
Annual base salary: $250,000 - $350,000 USD (SF/NY hubs; remote localized 80-100%). Plus equity, health benefits, PTO, bonuses.
