Key Responsibilities
People Workflow (Primary Focus)
Own, improve, and expand onboarding end-to-end, including documentation, orientation, and Day 1 experience
Serve as front-line support for employee inquiries via ticketing systems
Coordinate employee lifecycle changes across HR systems, payroll, benefits, and internal stakeholders
Improve internal policies, workflows, and people programs
Talent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus)
Create TA workflows for an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience
Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse (pipeline tracking, reporting)
Support recruiting events and intern program execution
Support intern program logistics, onboarding, and experience
Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communication workflows
Qualifications
Must-Have
1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Business adjacent
Experience supporting onboarding and HR administrative processes
Exposure to HRIS or ATS systems (UKG, Greenhouse, or similar)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or interview coordination
Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments
Familiarity with compliance and employment practices
Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., reporting, scheduling, documentation)
Ideal
Experience operating in a shared services or ticket-based HR model
Experience improving workflows or implementing automation
