About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of events, including internal communication, handling travel arrangements, and overseeing the shipping and tracking of swag to coaches and employees.
  • Manage office operations projects such as incoming/outgoing mail, clinic device management, access/parking cards, and larger team meeting setup.
  • Provide a welcoming first impression for employees and visitors to HQ.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency, particularly in shipping processes.
  • Handle unexpected situations and assist unannounced visitors (customers, fans, candidates, celebrities) in getting where they need to go.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders, board members, and others, including giving tours.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship.
  • Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Process improvement mindset with ownership of projects.
  • Knowledge of efficient shipping processes.
  • Welcoming demeanor to create positive first impressions.
