Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales Solution Architecture team to help enterprise customers realize value from Sanity, focusing on renewals, expansion, and implementations.
  • Set strategic direction, own complex accounts, oversee implementations, build stakeholder relationships, and coach SAs on value-oriented engagements.
  • Hire, develop, retain, and coach SA team credible with developers, architects, product leaders, and content teams.
  • Evolve post-sales motions (onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, health monitoring).
  • Connect Sanity's capabilities to customer business outcomes; partner with Sales, Product, and R&D.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Experience leading technical ICs in high-growth environment, ideally developer-facing or platform products.
  • Strong technical foundation: APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations, modern content stack.
  • Track record driving retention/expansion via coaching, process design, hands-on ownership.
  • Proactive risk/opportunity identification.
  • Clear, inclusive communicator for internal/customer stakeholders.
  • Manage ambiguity/priorities with customer focus.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies.
  • 5+ years in solution architecture or technical customer-facing roles.
  • 2+ years managing customer-facing technical teams.

Nice-to-have:

  • Headless CMS, headless ecommerce, developer-focused SaaS.
  • Content workflows, editorial tooling, digital experience stacks.
  • Influencing product direction via customer insight.
