- Plan and manage timelines, issues, and risks for every deployment in your portfolio.
- Build training materials that ensure customers can use Tennr's products successfully.
- Partner with Platform Strategists to ensure designed workflows deliver maximum ROI.
- Create QBRs that make customer value visible to leadership.
- Keep every account in good standing so the partnership can grow.
- Translate technical complexity into language executives and frontline operators can act on immediately.
- Engage across the customer organization, from leadership to end users.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS implementation.
- Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder work to completion across deadlines.
- Experience connecting deployments to business outcomes and long-term account growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present at an executive level and interact comfortably with all levels of an organization.
