L&D Program Manager

The L&D Program Manager will build and scale learning, career growth, high-potential, leadership development, and onboarding programs. About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale enterprise-wide learning programs covering professional skills, enablement, and blended learning.
  • Own Socure’s careers philosophy, career pathing framework, and internal mobility programming.
  • Redesign and manage the High-Potential program, including selection criteria, cohort experiences, and development plans.
  • Build and run foundational through advanced leadership development programs.
  • Own the Leadership Competency Awards program end to end.
  • Redesign and manage the onboarding program, including onboarding academy, manager tracks, and role-based tracks.
  • Manage concurrent program builds from concept through launch and scale, including timelines, budgets, rigor, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, business leaders, Sales Enablement, and Product Enablement.
  • Build learning and talent dashboards tracking completion, mastery, ramp time, promotion, and mobility rates.
  • Own and evolve the learning technology stack, including evaluation of AI-powered tools.
  • Apply current learning, leadership, and talent development theory and practice.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development.
  • Track record of building programs from the ground up.
  • Strong instructional design expertise and mastery of learning and leadership theory.
  • Exceptional program management skills across concurrent 0-to-1 and 1-to-2 builds.
  • Fluency with learning technology and LMS platforms, such as LearnUpon.
  • Strong analytical skills, including dashboard and learning-impact measurement development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment with ambiguity.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $120,000–$145,000.
