Responsibilities
- Serve as the cross-functional lead for high-priority partnership initiatives from deal development and agreement through launch and stabilization.
- Translate strategic and commercial objectives into execution plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, decision points, risks, and success measures.
- Coordinate execution across Partnerships, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, remove blockers, drive decisions and tradeoffs, and maintain accountability without formal authority.
- Establish operating rhythms and provide concise, decision-oriented updates on initiative health, progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Use AI and automation to improve project status tracking, information synthesis, risk identification, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communications.
- Capture launch learnings and develop repeatable approaches for executing complex partnerships.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, partnerships, business development, strategy and operations, strategic programs, or a related field.
- Strong project and program management experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with Partnerships, Business Development, go-to-market, or strategic growth teams; direct partnerships experience preferred.
- Ability to translate ambiguous strategic or commercial opportunities into structured execution plans.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment, including understanding of business models, customer journeys, go-to-market motions, and partnership economics.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks, resolve blockers, drive decisions, and maintain accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level synthesis and recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments where execution paths are not yet defined.
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency with AI and automation tools, with demonstrated use in productivity, project management, communication, and information synthesis.
- Experience improving operating processes for complex strategic initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range: $121,000.00–$151,000.00 per year for the New York City Office.
- Compensation varies based on skills, relevant experience, and work location.
