Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program milestones for strategic autonomous trucking engagements with global truck OEMs.
- Build integrated schedules, track cross-team dependencies, and maintain accountability for committed dates.
- Lead operational launches, including establishing autonomous trucking operations at new sites, facilities, fleets, routes, and regions through first revenue miles and steady state.
- Identify risks and gaps early, drive blockers to resolution, and make trade-offs visible to decision-makers.
- Serve as the source of truth for program status across working teams and executives at Applied Intuition and customer organizations.
- Translate technical details into actionable leadership decisions.
- Work with OEM customers and stakeholders to define use cases, clarify requirements, and resolve technical challenges across hardware, software, safety, and operations.
- Implement scalable operating practices for repeated site launches.
- Support business development through technical proposals, RFQ responses, and technology demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs, including ownership of hard external deadlines.
- Experience owning a program launch or operational bring-up from planning through steady state.
- Experience running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones.
- Systems-level understanding of hardware, software, and field operations sufficient to challenge schedules and plans.
- Strong communication skills with engineers and OEM executives.
- Willingness to travel internationally to customer and operational sites.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience with L4 autonomy programs, especially trucking or long-haul freight.
- Experience in commercial vehicles, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Experience working directly with OEM or Tier 1 customers on joint development programs.
