Go-To-Market Manager
Manages the operational execution of mobile app advertising campaigns from pipeline through launch and optimization. The role requires 5+ years of program or operations experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to coordinate technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable processes, trackers, and operating rhythms for mobile app campaigns.
- Manage campaign pipeline visibility, identify blockers and dependencies, and drive opportunities toward launch.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identify trends or underperformance, diagnose root causes, and coordinate optimization actions.
- Coordinate execution across Sales, Product, Tech, Implementation, and external partners, including ownership, timelines, communication, and issue resolution.
- Support advertiser activation through campaign requirements, setup, MMP integrations, and launch processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, advertising operations, GTM operations, client solutions, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or operational workflows with multiple dependencies.
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, work across technical and commercial teams, communicate risks and status clearly, and influence without direct authority.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment and building new processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with mobile app advertising, performance marketing, MMPs, attribution, app-install campaigns, or third-party advertising platforms.
- Campaign operations, advertising operations, or performance optimization experience.
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on technical integrations or troubleshooting.
- Experience building operational processes or workflows for a new or rapidly scaling business.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $110,087-$129,514.
