About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support F2 sales process by joining prospect and client calls to address technical product questions
  • Own customer due diligence: complete InfoSec questionnaires, improve DDQ knowledge base
  • Audit user-generated reports, flag issues to engineering, support customers in getting value from AI
  • Perform prompt engineering: create tailored natural language prompts for accurate report output
  • Deliver light technical implementations (e.g., SSO configuration, custom data retention policies)
  • Ensure CRM hygiene: maintain clean, structured data for customer success and sales teams
  • Act as voice of customer to engineering team with product feedback

Requirements

  • Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes
  • Strong communicator: explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Commercially minded, customer-obsessed, tech fluent
  • Ability to project manage complex workflows and technical deliverables (no production code)
  • Strong keyboard skills, technically sharp, eager to improve coding skills

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience reviewing/writing investment memos or as investment analyst
  • Roles in technical sales, solutions engineering, customer success, or AI implementation
