Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical backbone of customer deployments, working closely with DI Strategists on enterprise engagements.
- Ensure seamless technical integration of Basis into customers' workflows.
- Own critical connections that power the platform.
- Act as the bridge between customer needs and the engineering team.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with API integrations, particularly in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
- Track record of managing multiple technical deployments simultaneously.
- Comfort leading technical troubleshooting calls with customers and internal IT teams.

- Experience with enterprise data integrations and connectivity solutions.
Solutions Engineer
