Solutions Consultant
Lead product demos and build tailored proof of concepts for healthcare SaaS prospects. Partner with sales and product teams to drive deals and articulate technical value to CIOs and COOs.
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations to highest prospective clients, crafting tailored narratives to match customer profiles and needs
- Own creation of proof of concepts to showcase Tennr’s capabilities during prospect evaluations
- Help prospects understand Tennr’s value through ROI assessments
- Work alongside Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to create and maintain internal and external technical assets (custom demos, whitepapers, slide decks, RFP responses) and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success, Tennr Leadership, and channel partners to build, advance, and close opportunities
- Form trusted advisor relationships with prospects
Requirements
- 2+ years of Solutions Consulting, Tech Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles preferred, with a focus on business SaaS solutions
- Fundamental understanding of software engineering and system design
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High-energy, fast-paced approach to problem-solving; demonstrated grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment preferred
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with up to 10-20% domestic travel
