Manager, Engineering Access Requests Team
Leads and manages an engineering team building secure Identity Governance features for enterprise customers. The role requires substantial enterprise cloud software experience, hands-on technical management, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Establish clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for individuals and the team.
- Collaborate with product management to define and refine the product roadmap.
- Drive execution and delivery of high-quality product features with cross-functional teams, system architects, QA, product, and documentation teams.
- Provide regular feedback, technical guidance, and mentoring to team members.
- Foster a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive team environment.
- Source and hire qualified engineers while supporting diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise cloud software.
- 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
- Experience working with product and program managers to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risk.
- Experience handling support tickets, bug fixes, and enhancement work in a large enterprise application.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical discussions.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and people from various backgrounds.
- Experience leading, recruiting, mentoring, and retaining engineers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $204,000–$280,500 USD.
