Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of four revenue operations professionals supporting international go-to-market teams across pre-sales and post-sales functions.
- Own the operating rhythm for EMEA and APAC revenue teams, including forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory management, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with international sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy, identify pipeline gaps, and remove friction from the sales process.
- Design and implement scalable processes for lead routing, opportunity management, compensation administration, and performance tracking across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with global Revenue Operations leadership, Business Systems, and GTM Analytics to maintain consistency while adapting to regional requirements.
- Act as the primary operational escalation point for international go-to-market teams, balancing speed and rigor in issue resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of revenue operations experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- At least 3+ years of team management experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and go-to-market analytics.
- Experience building scalable operational frameworks.
- Proven experience leading international operations across EMEA and/or APAC, including understanding of regional nuances, time zones, and cross-border go-to-market motions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior sales leaders, finance, marketing, and systems teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Experience managing both pre-sales operations (SDR and sales) and post-sales operations (customer success and account management).
- Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
