Responsibilities
- Become a Hex product expert capable of guiding customers through initial product setup, asset development, and technical questions.
- Work hands-on with strategic customers to build confidence in Hex, teach best practices, advise on data curation strategy for Hex AI, and drive product adoption with core data personas.
- Experiment with implementation, onboarding, and training programs for new product features.
- Build relationships with customer owners to gather feedback, test early features, and drive adoption.
- Identify reusable patterns from customer work for automation or product incorporation.
- Aggregate and share product feedback to inform roadmap and prioritization.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Sales/Customer Engineering, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Management).
- Customer and data-obsessed with curiosity about customer data challenges.
- Comfortable with stakeholders and creative problem-solving.
- Fluent in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with data tooling ecosystem (traditional BI, cloud data warehouses, semantic layers); curiosity about AI in data (bonus experience).
- Excited to learn, experiment, and share results.
- Effective communicator and advisor with technical stakeholders.
- Strategic problem solver for complex, ambiguous opportunities.
Compensation
- On-target-earnings (base + variable): $166,000 - $205,000 USD.
