Senior Software Engineer, Merchant Platform
Build and own scalable backend platform systems powering merchant financial products, including money movement infrastructure and product-agnostic tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to launch products, enhance merchant experience, and ensure high reliability. Requires 5+ years backend/platform experience and strong fundamentals.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build scalable systems that support our merchant-facing products and services.
- Develop features that enhance the merchant experience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product integrations.
What We’re Searching For
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production backend or platform systems.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field).
- Care deeply about building high-quality software and take immense pride in your craft.
- Comfortable owning and driving the development of both product and platform initiatives from scratch.
- Take the initiative to identify commonalities between different problem statements and design appropriate abstractions accordingly.
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and operating asynchronous systems or data pipelines in production environments.
- Excited about working on a small team and helping us set the foundations for the company.
