Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a multi-year business development and capture plan for the US Public Sector market.
  • Analyze major Public Sector initiatives, programs, and capability gaps involving cloud, data management, and AI/ML.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead pursuit teams for large government programs and complex opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with mission owners, IT providers, acquisition officials, and executive stakeholders across DoD, civilian, and state/local organizations.
  • Formulate go-to-market solutions with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product Management teams.
  • Coordinate with systems integrators, channel, and alliance partners on teaming arrangements and agreements.
  • Lead Snowflake contributions to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals.
  • Track the Public Sector capture pipeline and meet or exceed pipeline and bookings objectives.
  • Prepare strategic analyses, market information, and decision briefings for senior management.

Requirements

  • More than 12 years of relevant work experience, including at least 10 years in business development or capture management within the US Federal/DoD market.
  • Proven success leading the development and capture of large, multimillion-dollar government programs.
  • Experience managing a multiyear Public Sector business pipeline, including forecasting, proposal development, and contract wins.
  • Deep knowledge of US Public Sector organizations, including DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies, as well as procurement lifecycles and federal solicitation processes.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, relationship-building, project management, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance; TS/SCI is a plus.
