- Lead the ingestion and normalization of advertising platform data at scale, handling rate limits, schema drift, backfills, and restated numbers.
- Design aggregation and identity layers that make figures from different advertising platforms comparable.
- Lead development of agentic workflows that parse, interpret, present, and act on performance data.
- Establish correctness and evaluation standards for measurement systems with noisy and partially observable ground truth.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive user and business growth.
Requirements

- Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production, including evaluation and guardrails.
- Ability to operate with high ownership in 0-to-1 environments, make pragmatic trade-offs, work with incomplete information, and drive projects from concept through launch and adoption.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and design teams to align technical strategy with business growth objectives.
Nice-to-haves
- Technical and people leadership experience, such as serving as a technical lead manager (TLM).
- Experience building or operating measurement infrastructure at a platform, measurement vendor, or large advertiser.
