Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end analytics workflow for a business-critical function, from raw data through models, dashboards, and insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and lead analyses addressing strategic questions, growth opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
- Design intuitive dashboards that enable fast decision-making for diverse stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering to validate and optimize data pipelines and maintain accurate, scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Promote data-informed decision-making through guidance, documentation, and clear interpretation of results.
- Use experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform product and business strategy.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience owning analytics for a business function or product area, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Strong analytics engineering expertise.
- Proficiency in clean, performant SQL.
- Hands-on experience with dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data infrastructure.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to design scalable systems and take end-to-end ownership in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment.
