Director, Enterprise - Growth
Leads an enterprise sales organization focused on new-logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, forecasting, and partner development across UK industry verticals. Requires proven leadership in high-growth Big Data, cloud, or SaaS sales and expertise in complex enterprise selling.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in acquiring new logos and developing greenfield opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
- Build presence in Healthcare, Professional Business Services, Retail, and CPG verticals by landing strategic accounts and expanding Databricks consumption.
- Establish territory plans, team structures, quotas, patches, and investment capacity requirements.
- Report on revenue forecasts and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive the transition from landing to expanding, cultivating new wins into high-usage Databricks accounts.
- Communicate Databricks' value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Inspire teamwork and lead with customer value and desired outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and manage revenue and customer success processes.
- Develop relationships with customers and partners to support long-term UK success.
- Use business networks to develop pipeline and hire qualified sales candidates.
- Promote continued learning about technical product details and the product roadmap.
- Establish a regional growth and investment plan within the first 90 days.
- Develop strategic growth plans in collaboration with EMEA regional leaders and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Establish and expand strategic regional system integrator partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader with a record of leading high-performing teams serving enterprise customers in the UK within Big Data, cloud, or SaaS sales.
- A track record of strategic new-logo acquisition and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to engage with and hire strong sales talent.
- Proficiency in MEDDPIC methodology, value-based sales, and Challenger sales approaches for complex enterprise deals.
- Experience engaging business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Experience developing and managing new sales organizations.
- Ability to articulate value and align it with customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystem development for strategic enterprise territories.
- Experience with consumption- and commitment-based sales revenue models.
- Ability to deliver accurate sales forecasts and management reporting using Salesforce and preferably Clari.
- Fluent English language skills.
