Supports multiple senior technology leaders by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, events, budgets, and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities
- Proactively and strategically manage executives’ complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Work closely with fellow Executive Business Partners to ensure efficient, effective, and consistent coverage across leaders.
- Manage clear communication between stakeholders, identify visibility gaps, and propose solutions.
- Independently and proactively resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Stay abreast of leaders’ priorities and major projects, serving as a resource for stakeholders.
- Plan offsites and team events.
- Project-manage initiatives and workstreams, track progress, identify efficiencies, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide peer mentorship and coaching to other Executive Business Partners.
- Manage budgets and expenses.
- Partner with Office Operations and IT teams to ensure appropriate resources and optimal setups for in-person, remote, and hybrid meetings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive.
- Ability to anticipate and proactively manage responsibilities and tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience building strong partnerships and managing stakeholder communications.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative working style.

- Expected base pay in the San Francisco area: $88,000–$110,000.
