Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements, map current-state identity and access management (IAM) processes, and identify dependencies and pain points across IT, security, and application teams.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce business process flows and solution design diagrams.
  • Support requirements traceability matrices to align business goals with technical outcomes.
  • Partner with technical architects and consultants to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Provide functional oversight during builds, clarify business needs, resolve variances, and advise QA on acceptance criteria.
  • Execute change management plans, create user training documentation, and assist with go-live hypercare support.
  • Facilitate structured handoff to customers and account teams for project wrap-up and long-term support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, analysis, and enterprise project or program delivery.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Ability to evaluate system feasibility and provide data-backed recommendations on security posture, identity lifecycle efficiency, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication skills, including synthesizing complex technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders and building consensus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple client projects.
  • Proficiency with project documentation templates, including business requirements documents and solution designs.
  • Passion for technology and interest in developing specialized IAM skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proficiency with Okta WIC, Okta CIC, and Auth0 platforms, including features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, or Consultant certification.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven documentation tools for scoping and requirements gathering.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $89,000–$133,000 USD for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
  • Equity, where applicable, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave.
