About the role
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies for open roles, draft precise job descriptions, and establish effective interview workflows.
Execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening and interview management.
Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Serve as the main point of contact for all applicants, ensuring a consistent, professional, and transparent experience throughout the hiring journey.
Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) remains accurate and up to date to provide leadership with clear visibility into the hiring funnel.
Act as the primary liaison for recruitment agencies and search firms when supplemental support is required for specialized searches.
Track and communicate key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to help optimize the talent acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or other technical roles is a huge plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and provide consultative advice to senior stakeholders.
Ability to use data to identify trends, address hiring bottlenecks, and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on business needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Drives end-to-end recruitment for executive leadership, AI/ML engineering, and product roles in a high-growth healthtech company. Partners with C-suite on talent strategies, executes diverse sourcing, and ensures exceptional candidate experiences. Requires 3+ years recruiting experience and bachelor's degree.
