About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end experience to help new patients discover and get started with Nourish, across our website and mobile app.
Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize our existing acquisition channels as well as test and validate entirely new ones (e.g. patient communities, external partnerships, app-led acquisition, etc.).
Partner with sales to streamline how patients referred to Nourish by our growing base of health system partners get started with a dietitian.
Own success metrics including signup conversion rate, new channel efficiency, and patient reactivation rate.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with measurable success in growth-focused roles where you owned new user acquisition and onboarding.
Built or scaled multi-channel D2C acquisition programs across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/AEO, ASO, referrals, and lifecycle.
Expert at building a clear strategy out of complex data, whether to evaluate past product performance or identify future opportunities.
Deeply understand your customers, and know when to trust qualitative feedback over data alone.
Know when to take a big swing with limited data vs. optimizing what exists, and can communicate that reasoning effectively.
Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and identify with Nourish’s values: Work smarter and harder. Do your own stunts. Ship fast.
