Senior Product Manager, Growth
Senior Product Manager owning end-to-end user discovery, acquisition, and onboarding for Nourish patients across web and mobile. Define strategy for new sustainable growth channels, optimize existing ones, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Requires 5+ years PM experience with proven success in D2C growth and multi-channel acquisition.
About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience to help new patients discover and get started with Nourish, across our website and mobile app.
- Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize our existing acquisition channels as well as test and validate entirely new ones (e.g. patient communities, external partnerships, app-led acquisition, etc.).
- Partner with sales to streamline how patients referred to Nourish by our growing base of health system partners get started with a dietitian.
- Own success metrics including signup conversion rate, new channel efficiency, and patient reactivation rate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with measurable success in growth-focused roles where you owned new user acquisition and onboarding.
- Built or scaled multi-channel D2C acquisition programs across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/AEO, ASO, referrals, and lifecycle.
- Expert at building a clear strategy out of complex data, whether to evaluate past product performance or identify future opportunities.
- Deeply understand your customers, and know when to trust qualitative feedback over data alone.
- Know when to take a big swing with limited data vs. optimizing what exists, and can communicate that reasoning effectively.
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and identify with Nourish’s values: Work smarter and harder. Do your own stunts. Ship fast.
