Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop fluency in supported functions and identify signals of exceptional talent beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring theses, calibrate hiring bars, and create search strategies and interview plans.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.
- Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to improve hiring decisions.
- Run disciplined, high-velocity recruiting processes and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Lead closing strategies for competitive hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches.
- Experience recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, Recruiting, or similar functions.
- Experience independently leading complex or senior-level searches from scoping through accepted offer.
- Strong talent judgment, research instincts, market-mapping ability, and candidate assessment skills.
- Credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong execution and closing skills.
- Comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows, applicant tracking systems, recruiting-funnel discipline, competing offers, and sensitive searches.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting multiple G&A functions in a high-growth technology or similarly fast-moving company.
- Familiarity with talent landscapes across fintech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated industries.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows adopted beyond individual searches.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $165,000–$220,000.
- Flexible paid time off.
