Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters supporting global operations functions.
- Personally manage complex senior- and executive-level searches from intake through offer and close.
- Advise senior business leaders and translate hiring needs into recruiting strategies.
- Own team goals, metrics, reporting, funnel health, and hiring-progress updates.
- Build relationships with Finance, Employee Experience, and Global Operations teams to align headcount priorities.
- Drive rigor across intake, sourcing, pipeline management, offer execution, and closing.
- Resolve pipeline escalations and partner with stakeholders to address delivery risks.
- Collaborate with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Legal on complex offers and equitable, compliant hiring.
- Develop scalable processes for efficiency, data integrity, and recruiter capacity planning.
- Champion a high-touch candidate experience, particularly for senior candidates.
- Build and interpret recruiting dashboards and pipeline analytics, identify data gaps, and translate metrics into hiring strategy.
- Contribute to recruiting process design, tooling decisions, and recruiter development programs.
- Represent recruiting in executive conversations, including capacity planning, headcount reviews, and business updates.
Requirements
- 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including personally leading senior-level searches.
- At least 2 years managing and developing a team of recruiters.
- Experience recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles at a technology company.
- Ability to build trust with senior business leaders and act as a strategic partner.
- Experience with market research, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline development for senior roles.
- Strong data orientation, including pipeline metrics interpretation and capacity forecasting.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and business units.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency with enterprise recruiting and HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, and Gem or comparable systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive pipelines and diversity throughout hiring.
- Ability to carry a personal search load alongside people leadership.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep functional expertise in a Global Operations sub-function, such as Customer Support or Trust & Safety.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $160,000–$200,000 USD annually.
- May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
