About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, and close
  • Build a territory from scratch through highly strategic outbound and multi-channel campaigns
  • Develop trust and rapport with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in health systems and medical groups
  • Tailor demos that highlight value and solve meaningful financial and operational problems
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, messaging, and ICP penetration strategy
  • Use tools like Salesforce, ChatGPT, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and advance deals
  • Help shape our GTM strategy by sharing on-the-ground feedback and market intelligence
  • Consistently exceed quota and meet pipe generation goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in a B2B SaaS Healthcare Tech organization
  • Proven hunter with a track record of success in outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent discovery and storytelling skills
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers; familiarity with multi-stakeholder and six-figure deals
  • High adaptability—you thrive in a fast-moving, high-change environment
