Enterprise Account Executive
The Enterprise Account Executive will build and expand high-value enterprise accounts through prospecting, discovery, tailored solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires significant enterprise sales experience, strong communication, and a consistent record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies to develop long-term client relationships.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining professionalism and customer-centricity.
- Adapt to a changing work environment and operate with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Significant enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build meaningful client relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
Nice-to-haves
- Deep understanding of the martech and/or data ecosystem and how businesses use these technologies to drive growth.
Compensation
- $300,000–$335,000 OTE per year, with a 50/50 split.
- Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
