- Technical Expertise: Strong domain expertise in AI/ML, robotics, and/or large scale evaluation systems; ability to evaluate complex trade-offs.
- Leadership: Set clear vision, align team behind unified technical strategy.
- Execution & Urgency: Champion fast, high-quality technical execution.
- People Management: Experience in hiring, organizing, and fostering engineering culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.
Compensation: Base pay range $235,030 - $352,290, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
