About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own AI Aspire's external communications strategy, including thought leadership content, newsletters, social media, and press.
Build and tell a compelling, consistent narrative about AI Aspire's mission, work, and impact across all channels.
Plan and execute high-quality events, from intimate CEO roundtables to larger industry gatherings, that deepen relationships and grow our ecosystem.
Support business development efforts through marketing materials, outbound campaigns, and partner communications.
Manage relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders across the AI ecosystem.
Use AI tools to increase the quality and efficiency of marketing and communications output.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in marketing, communications, or PR — ideally at an early-stage technology or AI company where you wore many hats.
Strong writing and storytelling skills: you can craft a compelling narrative and adapt your voice for different audiences and channels.
Hands-on event planning and production experience.
Genuine interest in AI and the ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to a general business audience.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
A networked, outgoing personality — you are comfortable reaching out cold and building relationships from scratch.
AI-forward: you use AI tools daily and are always looking for ways to leverage them to do more with less.
