About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: sourcing leads, running demos, managing trials, and closing deals.
  • Build a healthy pipeline using outbound hustle, inbound follow-up, and industry relationships.
  • Craft consultative demos tailored to hotel teams' problems.
  • Partner with Customer Success/Onboarding for smooth post-sale experiences.
  • Meet hotel teams in person at sites, conferences, or events.
  • Gather field feedback for product improvements or messaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in hospitality sales or hotel tech sales.
  • Experience with full sales cycle, pipeline management using HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Strong network of hotel contacts.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and navigate complex buying cycles.
  • Organized, self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for travel, hospitality.
