About the role

Responsibilities

  • Configure and test SKUs in the ordering platform, including medication, strength, dose level, and fill cadence.
  • Translate approved clinical protocols and pharmacy-supplied product specifications into platform values.
  • Configure titration schedules and confirm each dose level maps to the correct product, strength, and quantity.
  • Reconcile protocol requirements with pharmacy inventory; calculate corresponding unit and volume values when concentrations differ, and escalate unresolved discrepancies to clinical or pharmacy teams.
  • Coordinate builds with Clinical, Implementation, and pharmacy partners to ensure training, billing, client setup, testing, and capacity readiness.
  • Participate in project intake meetings, define build requirements with cross-functional leads, and own assigned projects through delivery.
  • Prioritize work across concurrent builds and deadlines, escalating conflicts when necessary.
  • Test configurations before activating provider ordering and troubleshoot unexpected behavior.
  • Execute state-by-state routing and volume-move changes according to planning guidance.
  • Identify and close assigned configuration gaps supporting 50-state coverage.
  • Monitor pharmacy integrations, troubleshoot configuration errors within scope, and escalate systemic issues.
  • Report platform issues to development with clear details and improvement suggestions.
  • Document build procedures and keep documentation current.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a configuration, operations, analyst, or coordinator role where accuracy had significant consequences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency with repetitive, structured work.
  • Strong communication and proactive cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and ability to resolve incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Ability to manage concurrent deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to learn and confidently use proprietary internal systems.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, including lookups, pivot tables, and structured data.
  • Persistence with detailed and difficult work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience configuring products, catalogs, or SKUs in an internal platform or ordering system.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-operations experience.
  • Experience with EHR, pharmacy management, e-commerce, or workflow-configuration systems.
  • Exposure to APIs, JSON, or systems integrations.
  • Experience working from controlled specifications, protocols, or approved documentation.
  • SQL familiarity.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
