Responsibilities
- Serve as a high-impact business partner on strategic projects across the organization, driving investment decisions, cost optimization, improved unit economics, and growth.
- Lead planning efforts, supporting business partners in setting goals and defining execution plans.
- Analyze ambiguous data to identify non-obvious trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Support high-priority ad hoc work, including board meetings, capital raises, and M&A.
- Solve unfamiliar problems using first-principles thinking.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Identify operating gaps and lead efforts to close them end to end.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while balancing attention to detail with strategic perspective.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
- Ability to ask effective questions and learn unfamiliar subject areas quickly.
- Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time role.
- NYC-based position with an expectation of working in person 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
