Responsibilities

  • Serve as a high-impact business partner on strategic projects across the organization, driving investment decisions, cost optimization, improved unit economics, and growth.
  • Lead planning efforts, supporting business partners in setting goals and defining execution plans.
  • Analyze ambiguous data to identify non-obvious trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Support high-priority ad hoc work, including board meetings, capital raises, and M&A.
  • Solve unfamiliar problems using first-principles thinking.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify operating gaps and lead efforts to close them end to end.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while balancing attention to detail with strategic perspective.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Ability to ask effective questions and learn unfamiliar subject areas quickly.
  • Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time role.
  • NYC-based position with an expectation of working in person 3–4 days per week and some remote flexibility.
