Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts through feedback, growth support, and day-to-day guidance.
- Own delivery outcomes and prioritization across the conversion portfolio while balancing delivery pressure with sustainable team practices.
- Use data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and tradeoffs, intervening before issues become blockers.
- Partner with leadership, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support to connect conversion work to customer onboarding outcomes and business value.
- Apply knowledge of conversion workflows, data mapping, and the company data model to guide decisions.
- Foster psychological safety, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Make timely people and delivery decisions, escalating when broader alignment is needed.
- Maintain leadership presence during high-volume or high-risk periods and follow through on stakeholder commitments.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in data analytics or conversion delivery roles.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience.
- Working proficiency in SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Strong Excel skills and data validation expertise.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling.
- Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in or commitment to the nonprofit sector.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
