Build and own scalable full-stack features for a secure collaboration platform, working across Go, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis. The role requires strong API and database experience, end-to-end ownership, testing expertise, and daily fluency with AI coding agents.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, performant full-stack features across Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor for scaffolding, refactoring, code review, and test generation while retaining accountability for correctness, security, and design decisions.
- Develop internal tooling and testing infrastructure, including agentic workflows and skills that improve AI-assisted development across the team.
- Own testing strategy across frontend and backend code.
- Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs using strong networking fundamentals.
- Maintain security and compliance standards for government and enterprise clients.
- Contribute to the open-source codebase.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience in Go and React, or a comparable stack.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Relational database experience, including PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization.
- Daily fluency directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot for scaffolding, refactoring, code review, and test generation.
- Ability to ship and own complex software end-to-end without close supervision.
Nice-to-Haves
- Distributed systems or high-availability service architecture experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise or regulated-environment security requirements.
- Experience with defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure products.
- Open-source contributions.
- Experience working on distributed or remote-first teams.
- Experience building tools, skills, or workflows on top of AI coding agents, including MCP servers, agent skills, or CI-integrated agents.
Compensation
- Target salary range: $142,723–$172,723.
- Actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
- The role may require obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government security clearance.
- Candidates must meet federal eligibility requirements for access to export-controlled information under applicable U.S. export control laws.
